The main routes through the village are the A361 and the A365. The fully restored Kennet & Avon Canal passes through the village with several locks and swing bridges on its route. You can easily cycle or walk virtually traffic free all the way to Bath & Bristol in one direction and Reading in the other on the well maintained and mostly level tow path.
